ABOUT Kazahana at Hanaridge

Embracing Nature

Some chalets have a view. Kazahana has two: a snow-capped forest in winter, rolling farmland in summer. The same windows, a different world each time. Five bedrooms, 499sqm, sleeps 14, with a serene indoor-outdoor onsen to end the day.

The Architect’s Dream

Designed by architect Riccardo Tossani Architecture, Kazahana at Hanaridge sits two storeys tall in the woods with enough space to make you forget the outside world exists — then remember it through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The double-volume dining room announces itself immediately — high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and views that change with the season. Nature does most of the decorating here; picture enjoying après-ski meals here, soaking in the scenery.

All That You Desire

Embrace the quintessential Japanese bathing ritual at Kazahana—one of the chalet’s highlights is its private onsen. Soak in bliss in the indoor area, or at an enclosed outdoor patio that’s perfect for a dip all-year-round. Take in the fresh fragrance of Hinoki wood and be warmed by natural onsen water while enjoying the frosty winter air or the comfortable summer breeze.
Planning a movie night? The dedicated media room is the perfect spot for film marathons, and is supported by high-speed Wi-Fi coverage available throughout this expansive property.
